Oriole Youth Adventure Challenge 2013
What is it? A four day, all-inclusive leadership experience aboard Canada’s Naval Tall Ship, HMCS Oriole.
When will the trip take place? April 8 – 12, 2013 (Mon-Fri)
Who gets to go? Fifteen student leaders currently registered in Grades 11 and 12. This opportunity is being offered only to CSLA member schools.
What are the requirements? Students making application should be physically fit and have a proven record of leadership in their schools. A positive attitude is as important as a strong desire to take on the challenges of living and working in a sail training vessel.
How do I apply? Students wishing to apply should complete the attached application/permission form; obtain a letter of recommendation from your Principal or Leadership Advisor and write a short (maximum one page) personal letter outlining why you might like to take on this challenge.
