Waterloo Oxford in Baden, Ontario, is proud of their rural roots. They recognize their Citizen(s) of the Week by letting the recipients dress up in the wacky costumes that are then posted to their school's social media account. Yes, they may be milking this a bit, but people do want to be moooved by this honourific. Citizens are homogeneous in their great qualities and are nominated by the staff and students. No 2%ers here . . .
