One school had each member of their staff fill out something called the Love File. The file asked questions about a few of their favorite things like drinks, snacks, or favorite places to dine. Student government along with the administrative team would then partner to ensure every person on staff got something on their list for special celebrations, recognition or just as a check-in throughout the semester.
